Our main office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays and major holidays. During exam periods, we may extend our hours to better serve students.

We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For urgent matters, please call our main phone line. Email responses may take longer during peak periods such as enrollment and exam seasons.

Yes! We offer guided campus tours Monday through Friday. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule your visit. Tours typically last 60-90 minutes and include visits to classrooms, labs, libraries, and student facilities.
